Take the enema bucket with the solution and place it where you’ll be putting the enema into the rectum.
Hang the bucket approx. 16” to 45” from your bottom for a better flow. Also, make sure that tubing from bucket to your rectum is in straight line without any waviness.
You should lubricate the end of enema nozzle with olive or any essential oil so it easily gets inside your rectum.
Finally, release the clamp and allow the solution to flow.
Let the solution flow until you feel full and then shut the clamp. Make sure you don’t feel uncomfortable.
Next, lie on your right side for about 15 minutes and hold the enema solution inside.
After 15 minutes, go to the toilet and eliminate the solution.
Sometimes the coffee solution can be too strong to hold and in such case you should dilute the solution by adding water. The longer you retain it inside the better the results will be.
